This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how R.G. Tower SA (“R.G. Tower”, “we”, “our”, “us”) handles information in connection with the use of the mobile application R.G. Tower Notes (the “Application”).

We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to ensuring complete protection of personal information. This Policy explains what data is (or is not) processed, how it is stored, and the measures we take to protect users’ privacy.

1. DATA COLLECTION

1.1. No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, analyze, or share any personal information.

1.2. Specifically:

  • We do not request or receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifiers.
  • We do not collect geolocation data.
  • We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or activity logs.

1.3. The Application operates without telemetry, analytics, advertising frameworks, or tracking SDKs.

2. DATA STORAGE

2.1. All notes created in the Application are stored exclusively on the user’s device.

2.2. R.G. Tower has no access to user content and cannot recover deleted data.

2.3. Deleting the Application automatically and irreversibly deletes all stored data.

3. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

3.1. We do not transmit any data to third parties.

3.2. The Application does not integrate with advertising networks, analytics providers, or social platforms.

3.3. We do not and will never sell user data.

4. SECURITY

4.1. The Application does not communicate with external servers and operates entirely offline.

4.2. Security of user data is guaranteed by the operating system of the device on which the Application is installed.

4.3. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their device and access credentials.

5. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE

5.1. Although no personal data is collected, we align with the principles of major international regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

5.2. Users retain full control over their data and may delete it at any time by removing the Application.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

6.1. R.G. Tower reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.

6.2. The most recent version will always be published on the official R.G. Tower website.
